Keystone word spreads as CCS IT

signs second major contract

Colchester-based IT consultancy CCS IT has just signed its second major contract to supply a local authority in Norfolk with the firm’s revolutionary asset management software.

The £20,000 deal has been struck with South Norfolk Council in Long Stratton on the basis of an outstanding referral from CCS IT’s first client, Ipswich Borough Council.

The Keystone software transforms raw data on housing stock into real information, providing housing managers with the analysis to make sound financial and decency decisions.

Customer service is central to all CCS IT’s operations. The firm’s software experts work closely with IT and housing departments throughout the installation to smooth over any data inconsistencies and CCS IT also offers an ongoing support service to clients, providing help and advice to ensure Keystone delivers first class results.

Managing Director of CCS IT, Joshua Warren, said: “We are extremely pleased to have signed our second contract and delighted that Keystone has been recommended to South Norfolk Council by a thoroughly satisfied client.

“We believe a number of our competitors sell their products and walk away which means users do not get results as quickly as they should. At CCS IT we work with clients every step of the way to ensure premium results are delivered every time.”

The team at CCS IT will help collate and input data received from surveyors and from this extract detailed information on future repair and management needs. The tailor-made software also enables long-term forecasts to be made, saving considerable time and effort.

The Keystone word is spreading fast and recent conferences in Harrogate and Warwick have resulted in CCS IT receiving over one hundred enquiries from local authorities and housing associations interested in the software.
