Colchester-based training expert Tony Willson has chipped in with his expertise to help the world's largest IT company boost its bargaining skills.

 

Tony, who is based at Peartree Road, Colchester has been Euro-hopping for six months visiting top management teams at Microsoft to assist them in honing their negotiation skills.

 

Tony, managing director of Partners for Training Management has now returned after a whirlwind tour taking in Stockholm, Helsinki, Amsterdam, Paris, Milan, Geneva and Athens.

 

Partners for Training Management which recently launched nationwide, is a specialist outsourcing service which manages organisations' training needs, advises on training grants, prepares annual Training Plans and helps to establish initiatives such as Investors in People and other performance based schemes.

 

Tony who is also European Trainer for US based company Baygroup International said: "It has been fantastic to train Account Directors and Vice Presidents from such a diverse range of countries and to learn about the different approaches they have to business. Hopefully they now have the appropriate skills at their fingertips when conducting high-level negotiations with major organisations and government departments. It's also good to have been able to put Colchester on the European map."
